This unique vacation home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and adventure, all set within a gated, private property just aq stroll away from downtown Cave Creek's live music, restaurants, hiking trails, and eclectic shopping.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
– Primary Suite: King bed, large en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and a walk-in closet. Private backyard access.
– Second Bedrooms: A king bed in the second bedroom, shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with bunk room (powder bath right our the bedroom door too)
– Third Bedroom Twin bunk beds (4 twins) in the third. Both share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower.
Additional Sleeping: A pack-and-play for little ones.
Entertainment & Living Area
– Open-concept living with a pool table that converts to a dining table (seats 6-8)
– Sectional sofa, and Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room with YouTube TV access.
– Fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6, perfect for gathering and preparing meals.
– Coffee Bar with coffee tea, and sweetener provided.

Pool & Hot Tub
Deep heated pool with a fire bowl feature, hot tub, and poolside loungers. Heating available from October to April ($75/night with a 3-day minimum).

Outdoor bar with BBQ, fire pit, putting green, corn hole, volleyball, pickleball, half basketball court, and even a plastic axe-throwing area!
Covered patio with dining area and a patio TV for outdoor dining and game nights.

Pool Safety: The pool is deep, with no diving allowed. There is no fence around the pool; parents of young children, please plan accordingly.
Wildlife Awareness:
You’re in the desert, so wildlife sightings are part of the charm! Always stay mindful of surroundings.
Dog-Friendly: Well-behaved dogs are welcome ($50 per night, second dog $25 extra). With local critters and cactus around, we advise that dogs stay on a leash. Please clean up after your pet; a $10 fee applies if needed, and additional cleaning charges may apply for excess hair.
